This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our small and dynamic Theological Educational Institution based in the beautiful Southwest of England. SWMTC has been training people for Ordained and Lay Ministries alongside independent students for over 40 years. SWMTC are seeking to appoint a Strategic Development Officer who can develop new opportunities for the charity, drive the innovation of new training pathways and expand student numbers whilst ensuring that these developments are sustainable. This post has been created as a result of recent Business Planning carried out by the organisation.

Remuneration: £14,000 pa (£35,000 pro rata) plus pension contributions.

Part-time: 0.4 (16 hours a week) Fixed-term for 2 years.
