Parish Giving Scheme

“Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give …. for God loves a cheerful giver”

Cor 9:7

The Church of England’s Parish Giving Scheme (PGS) is a direct debit system developed to provide a professional, effective donation management system to support parishes to fund their mission and ministry.  It reduces the burden of work on parish volunteers and provides a professional service to donors. This is our recommended method of regular giving to your parish.

New parishes can sign up for the scheme by emailing here. Once the parish is signed up, new donors can join in one of 3 ways:

  1. Online via the PGS website
  2. By phoning PGS on 0333 002 1271. You will need to know the PGS code for your parish before you make your phone call.
  3. By filling in the paper form which is available from your parish.

Further advice is available below and on the parish giving scheme website.
