THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are seeking someone who will:
- Provide opportunities for us to grow as disciples;
- Promote unity across the benefice whilst celebrating diversity;
- Enable a pattern of oversight and local ministry, in which lay leaders are identified, equipped and supported;
- Motivate us in mission, though serving others and working with community partners (including schools).
