CAP Debt Coach, Truro centre.

An exciting new opportunity to join our established CAP centre is now available.

The Truro CAP Centre are looking for someone who has compassion for those in poverty and the ability to share the Christian faith and a heart for evangelism in the Truro area.

All debt advice is produced by CAP head office, but you will need good communication skills to relay advice and explain the service clearly. This role will require someone with excellent people skills, and the ability to work as part of a supportive team. There is an excellent training programme provided by CAP head office which will prepare the successful candidate for the role.

The role is for 10 hours per week, across 2 working days.

As the post is based within a gospel-teaching Christian church, the post-holder will be required to understand and appreciate the Christian faith in order to carry out the role, and a DBS check will be required as the post-holder will be working with vulnerable adults.

This post is initially funded for two years with the expectation that funding will continue after this time.
