With the country in lockdown from Thursday, and church buildings only open for private prayer, this Remembrance Sunday is likely to be a little different.

While the government has said outdoor remembrance events can go ahead providing they adhere to the distance rules, there will be a number of services streamed online. The current government advice on Remembrance services is available here.

On Sunday morning from 9.30am, Ben and Alice Hudd will be leading the High Cross Remembrance Sunday service on the diocesan Facebook page. Ben previously served in the armed forces and will be drawing on his experiences during the service.

Truro Cathedral will also be live streaming its Remembrance Sunday service at 3.15pm. For more details about this, and for a link to watch the service, please click here.

The cathedral is also planning on live streaming its morning Eucharist on Sunday from 10am, and for more details, to download the order of service, and to watch the service, please click here.
