Local Pastoral Minister Recommissioning Form

Every 3 years all Pastoral Ministers are required to be recommissioned. This requires completing a Recommissioning form to be endorsed by the parish incumbent and the PCC. All LPMs are required to train to Leadership Level in Safeguarding (ie. complete, Basic, Foundation and Leadership Levels) and keep an up to date DBS check.
