The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking someone who will:

  • Provide opportunities for us to grow as disciples;
  • Promote unity across the benefice whilst celebrating diversity;
  • Enable a pattern of oversight and local ministry, in which lay leaders are identified, equipped and supported;
  • Motivate us in mission, though serving others and working with community partners (including schools).
