The Benefice of Ludgvan, Marazion, St Hilary and Perranuthnoe is known locally as ‘Mounts Bay.’  From our world-renowned coastline, we are surrounded by rural beauty and look out onto St Michael’s Mount.  This is a land steeped in history and the legacy of the spirituality of the Cornish Saints.  Our communities are strong, enduring and vibrant.

We are now seeking a wise, prayerful and courageous leader who can help us grow together in unity and purpose. Our desire is to strengthen the bonds between our churches, to share resources and gifts, and to serve our neighbours more effectively as we proclaim the Gospel in word and action.

Do you seek creative ways to enable Churches to flourish in their local context?

Are you a prayerful leader able to unite and inspire people?

Can you lead a team, providing opportunities for learning and growth to further God’s Kingdom?

If you feel called to help us shape a shared vision for the future — and to walk alongside us as we discover new ways of worship, service and community — we would be delighted to hear from you.
