Hassle-free ministry in the C of E?

Sounds too good to be true, but it isn’t!

We are seeking a House for Duty Associate Minister in the deaneries of East and West Wivelshire who is willing to embrace a flexible and collaborative approach to ministry.

The post-holder will “backfill” pastoral ministry for the two Strategic Rural Deans, offering a day per week to each of them plus alternating Sundays, amounting to priestly ministry without complications.

We offer a stunning Rectory which has been recently refitted to modern standards in keeping with our net-zero aspirations, supportive clergy colleagues, an emphasis on clergy (and household) wellbeing, and the unparallelled beauty of Cornwall.

For an informal conversation, please contact the Archdeacon of Cornwall: archdeacons@truro.anglican.org

For more information and to apply please visit Pathways: Church Of England Vacancies – East and West Wivelshire House for Duty Post

Part of the process will include a vocational conversation that will take place online between shortlisting and the interview

The appointment is subject to enhanced disclosure from the DBS
