There is a range of learning and development opportunities within the Diocese of Truro.

These include:
- Continuing Ministry Development (CMD) programme – a mixture of online and in-person sessions.
- Accompanied Ministry Development (AMD) programme – this involves a gathered group of participants with shared developmental needs, the AMD programmes offer in-depth and ongoing learning opportunities.
- External opportunities – there is a breadth of training opportunities outside of the diocese and where possible links to these will be shared. Each member of clergy has £250 per annum to spend on training.
- Podcasts – our podcast explores a range of ministry and theological issues.
