Sheviock cream tea afternoons will be held from 28th July to the 25th of August. There will be sweet and savoury cream teas, plus other cakes, strawberries and meringue.

A quiet morning leg by The Very Revd Roger Bush, Dean of Truro. The quiet morning begins at 10am and will be followed by a eucharistic service to mark the Feast of the Transfiguration at 12 noon. Suggested donation £5. There is no charge for attending the service, to which all are welcome.

Campanology Afternoon on Saturday 10th of August from 2pm-4:30pm, at St Swithin's Church Launcells. The history and art of ringing bells. Refreshments provided.
An exhibition of Church Vestments, altar frontals, treasurers and floral arrangements, celebrating church festivals and saints. Wednesday 14th August (10am-8pm), Thursday 15th and Friday 16th (10am-4pm) There will be a daily raffle, refreshments and a children's quiz. Organ playing, music and bell ringing demonstrations at various intervals.
