PCC Treasurers Training Day
11th July 2015 @ 9:00 am - 1:30 pm
The Diocese of Truro is holding a Treasurers Training Day on 11 July at Heartlands. The day will run from 9.30am to 1.30pm, with registration and teas and coffees starting from 9am. There will be a pasty lunch provided so please let us know of any dietary requirements or any other requirements.
The following areas will be covered throughout the morning:
• Legal overview
• The role of the treasurer
• Record keeping and charity accounting
• Gift Aid and GASDS
• Parish Giving Scheme
• Annual reports
