How do we flourish in a church with barriers?

The Devon & Cornwall Regional MoSAIC group is offering a zoom conference exploring the theme: How do we flourish in a church with barriers?
On the 16th February 2023 – at 7pm – we are delivering our second regional zoom conference. This will involve a keynote speaker and discussions around a specific area of marginalisation and discrimination – physical disability.
We are hoping that the conference will lead to action points that can be developed beyond the conference, with a view to increasing further action or engagement with established groups regionally and nationally.
We are looking to bring together people who for various reasons are feeling isolated, frustrated because of the discrimination they have experienced; or those feeling tired by the constancy of ‘battle’ to date.
In the longer term, we are hopeful that we might be able to energise a broad base coalition to offer support, and even campaigning within and across dioceses.
