with Revd Andrew Yates
Cornwall sadly has a relatively high level of rough sleeping and homelessness. The church has a long tradition of offering support and practical help to those in this need.
The morning of this Study Day will involve attending the quarterly Churches Homelessness Network which brings together church projects and other agencies working in the field for support and updates. In the afternoon there will be opportunities to meet with some of the professionals in the field and a chance to ask questions on appropriate responses to be made by us as ministers.
Andrew is the Diocesan Social Responsibility Officer and Priest in the Penlee Cluster.
Note: This event is a joint CMED/IME Phase 2 (curates) session.
