Church Explorers – East Cornwall

Workers’ Educational Association, Courses for Adults Summer 2016.

Church Explorers East Cornwall’ focuses on the churches of Altarnun, North Hill and St Neot – Cornwall’s best Perpendicular Gothic churches. Study Altarnun with its stunning Norman font and complete set of c.1535 bench ends; North Hill with similarities to St Neot, though retaining earlier features, while St Neot unusually retains most of its medieval window glazing representing at least four schemes from the 1460s to 1530s.
