Archdeacon’s Visitations 2020

A very warm welcome is extended to anyone who wishes to attend the annual Archdeacon’s Visitations this year.  These services are particular opportunities to show support for your Churchwardens, as they are sworn into office.  All Churchwardens, those returning and those newly appointed, will be prayed for as we recognise their invaluable and faithful work for your parishes and communities – not to mention the Diocese.

The Ven. Paul Bryer and the Ven. Audrey will be conducting the visitation services for the Diocese of Truro in May 2020. A key part of the Visitation Service is the official admittance of Churchwardens to office for the coming year.  The Archdeacon’s ‘Charge’, whilst addressed to Churchwardens specifically, seeks to set our practical ministries within a spiritual context as together we serve God and our communities.

Come and join your clergy and Churchwardens for these important services.

All services start at 7.30pm.
