Artificial Intelligence and the Church

May 15 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Revd Mark James, a Lead Consultant of the globally recognised governance authority DQM GRC, brings a wealth of knowledge and practical expertise to the conversation about the intersection of artificial intelligence and faith-based initiatives, more so perhaps as Mark is also an SSM, associate Priest serving in the Bude and coastal benefice.

In an era where technology permeates every aspect of life, the Anglican church stands at a crossroad, contemplating the role of artificial intelligence within its ministry. Mark is hosting an explorative workshop designed to delve into the potential harmonies and dissonances between AI applications and the values we are to uphold.

As a discussion-led event, attendees are encouraged to bring their insights, questions, and experiences to the table. Together, we will navigate the complex landscape of AI, seeking to understand its place in enhancing the reach and impact of our ministry in today’s tech-driven world.
