Encouraging Legacy Giving in your church

Each year around 4,000 people leave a gift in their will to their church, funding mission projects, maintaining beautiful church buildings and growing faithful communities. This can be a final opportunity to say thank you to God for all he has given to us. Today we will look at how and why we may encourage will writing and legacy giving in our churches. We will look at the resources available to write a legacy policy, plan a legacy campaign and help people with will writing, including introducing a new free will writing scheme.
