Callington Parish Cluster are recruiting for a Families Leader to join their team.

Callington Parish Cluster are seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic “Families Leader” to provide dedicated and professional leadership to a range of faith based work with Families and Children across the locality served by our churches, and to spearhead the development of fresh initiatives.

They are a cluster of 5 rural churches, located in a beautiful corner of Cornwall close to the Cornwall/Devon border, centred on the busy and growing town of Callington.

Their aim is to bring the gospel message to the missing generations. They are seeking candidates who have experience of church based families and children’s work, with a gifting, energy and creativity to work on fresh initiatives.

The position will require an ability to get involved and build relationships with our schools and community organisations and to lead and encourage teams of volunteers across the churches.

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian with permission to work in the UK – enhanced DBS will be required.
