Come as you are and set aside time to meet God, led by an experienced prayer guide. An IGR offers the opportunity to take time away from the rush of everyday life, to pause and reflect. You will meet daily with an experienced prayer guide, and apart from these meetings and the daily service the retreat will be in silence with opportunities for your individual reflection, times of prayer and walking or other relaxation.
