Remembering Loved Ones at Christmas

Each year Cornwall Hospice Care run celebration services with the aim of bringing people together. Light up a Life offers people the opportunity to enter names of their loved ones in special books of remembrance, and to join celebration services where lights are lit to symbolise the lives of those being remembered.
