On July 13, the national lead for The Clewer Initiative, Caroline Virgo, will be in Cornwall as part of the We See You, Clewer Initiative Modern Slavery campaign.

Caroline will be taking part in two meetings along with representatives from the Diocese of Truro and Devon, Cornwall Police Diversity team, Transformation Cornwall and Inclusion Cornwall.

It is hoped as many as possible will attend the two meetings to hear more about how churches and their local communities can play a significant role in identifying those who are being exploited in their work.

The first of the meetings will take place from 10am to 11.30am at All Saints Church Tuckingmill Community Centre. A second meeting will take place at Bodmin Parish Centre (opposite the church) from 2.30pm to 4pm.
