DESCRIPTION:A Quiet Day at Treargel\, run by Rev’d Jane and Richard Frost MBE\, author of ‘Life with St Benedict’.\nRichard says;\n‘We continue to live in times of unprecedented and unsettling change and uncertainty. At a time when change is often feared\, stability can be elusive\, and busyness interferes with listening to God\, this quiet day offers an opportunity for space and reflection.\n\nThere will be three short talks\, times of silence and prayer.’\n\nTreargel Quiet Days are open to all on a reflective journey.\nWe have 3 sessions\, with prompts at the start of each; then spread out to the various lounges\, library\, gardens\, labyrinth\, Shepherd’s Hut\, Hermitage\, woods or coastal path.\n\n10-4pm with refreshments and simple lunch included.\n\nBooking is necessary\nFurther information can be found here.
