These forms must be completed as part of the nomination process.

We appreciate the current difficulties in obtaining the PCC or Deanery Synod counter signatures for the Foundation Governor nomination form.  Therefore please submit an email with the Foundation Governor nomination form to education@truro.anglican.org confirming the date, time and method of the meeting (phone/ virtual meeting) during which the PCC or Deanery Synod agreed the governor nomination.
