We’ll be joined by poet and ordinand Sarah Cave for our pilgrimage to the church and holy well of St Hydroc. \nFollowing this\, we will be joined by Jay Ruka at 3.30pm. Jay brings a creative twist to various cultural and Christian faith topics\, and is passionate about exploring the missional history of New Zealand and how the gospel intersects with the Maori world. \nYou are welcome to join one or both events.

DESCRIPTION:Susannah Baker is the Co-Founder and Director of The Pickwell Foundation\, which supports refugee resettlement and climate response initiatives in the UK and beyond. Based in North Devon\, she also chairs the Community Sponsorship Alliance and co-chairs The Welcome Coalition\, growing a national movement supporting communities to welcome refugees. Her work focuses on building bridges between local action and national policy and the power of rooted\, relational welcome. \nSusannah will share the story of The Pickwell Foundation and the community-led refugee welcome work rooted in North Devon and working Nationally — exploring how faith\, place\, and courage come together to shape a hospitable response in an often divided and uncertain landscape.
