Within their area there are many groups who provide an outreach to the community and they hope to create a visual display celebrating the many opportunities to show ‘Our Rays of Hope’ shining within their area. \nThe event will be held at St Mary’s Church in Penzance from the 6th of May to the 7th of May and will be led by Alison Adam of the Iona Community. During the weekend she will lead a Big Sing on the Saturday afternoon from 2pm and with a service to follow on the theme of ‘Rays of Hope’. DESCRIPTION:This is an ideal course for those wanting to explore how to use music more effectively in worship. It is particularly appropriate for ordinands\, curates\, first time incumbents and those at transition points in their ministry as well as readers and lay worship leaders and those at present in training for these ministries. \nThe course is held in an atmosphere of prayer and worship with opportunities to worship in different styles using… a varied and broad range of music. Mill House is in a wonderful rural location to get away from it all and to enjoy being with God and others to learn together. \n\nThese courses are deliberately small and intimate with plenty of opportunity for input and conversation with others.
